If you do not agree to all the Terms of Service of this agreement, then you may not access the Mobile Application, Desktop Application, Store, Website, or any products or services provided by ShieldERP.

ShieldERP may revise these Terms of Service at any time by amending this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Mobile Application, Desktop Application, Website, Store, or any products or services provided by ShieldERP constitutes acceptance of such revised Terms of Service.

Changes to the Services

ShieldERP may, without prior notice, change the Services or the ShieldERP Products; add or remove functionalities or features; stop providing the Services or the ShieldERP Products, or features of the Services or the ShieldERP Products, to the Users (Specifications).

Free plan users have full view access of data until their account turnover crosses ₹ 25 lakhs. After that, view access is limited to data from the past 12 months. To access full data and premium features, users can upgrade to a paid plan.

We employ the use of cookies. By accessing ShieldERP, you agree to use cookies in agreement with the ShieldERP's Privacy Policy. Most interactive websites use cookies to let us retrieve the user's details for each visit. Cookies are used by our website to enable the functionality of certain areas to make it easier for people visiting our website. Some of our affiliate/advertising partners may also use cookies.

License

Unless otherwise stated, its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on ShieldERP. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from ShieldERP for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

Nextspeed Technologies Private Limited does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of ShieldERP,its agents and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posts their views and opinions. ShieldERP shall not be liable for any documents, invoices, or any other content generated by the user generating them. ShieldERP does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any documents generated using its product.

All intellectual property rights related to the application, including but not limited to, the ownership of any content they upload or create on the application, but grant ShieldERP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for the purposes of operating and promoting the application.

Payments Liability

Ownership and Rights: ShieldERP does not, at any point in time during any transaction between the USER and merchant/vendor or service provider, take ownership of or assert any rights or claims over the products/services offered by the merchant to the USER.

Refunds and Cancellations

Third-Party Terms: Refunds and cancellations for transactions processed through ShieldERP or vendor involved in the transaction. ShieldERP acts as a mediator of payments and does not have a direct role in governing refund or cancellation charges.

Responsibility: ShieldERP is not responsible for refund or cancellation requests, including any charges arising from such requests. Users are advised to review the terms of service of the aggregator, merchant, or vendor before making a transaction.

Dispute Resolution: In case of any dispute regarding refunds or cancellations, ShieldERP's involvement is limited to providing information related to the transaction and does not guarantee any specific outcome. ShieldERP will cooperate in any investigation conducted by the Bank or Regulatory Authorities.

Limitation of Liability: ShieldERP shall not be liable for any loss or damages incurred as a result of refunds, cancellations, or any charges arising therefrom. Users are advised to exercise caution and conduct due diligence before making transactions.

Changes to Policy: ShieldERP reserves the right to modify or update its refunds and cancellations policy at any time.

Mediator of Payments: ShieldERP acts as a mediator of payments. In case of any dispute involving a payment gateway, ShieldERP will cooperate in the investigation done by the Bank or Regulatory Authorities.

Your Privacy

These Terms of Service refer to, incorporate, and include the privacy policy of ShieldERP that we collect from you, or that you provide to ShieldERP. Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and its linking policy at any time. Removal of links from our website

• Legal Action: In cases where the abusive language constitutes harassment, hate speech, threats, or otherwise violates applicable laws, The Company may take legal action to protect its representatives and its rights.
• Review of Relationship: The Company may assess the ongoing business relationship with the customer, taking into consideration their history of communication and behavior.

It is important to note that the determination of what constitutes abusive, offensive, or inappropriate language rests solely with the Company's judgment. The Company's decision regarding the appropriate action to be taken shall be final and binding, and the customer shall not have the right to dispute or contest such decisions.

By continuing to engage in business interactions with the Company, customers implicitly agree to uphold respectful and professional communication standards. The Company's right to take actions under this clause is without prejudice to any other remedies available to it under law or contract.

This clause is a material part of the terms and conditions governing the agreement, and any breach of its provisions may result in immediate and severe consequences, including termination of services and potential legal action in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction governing the agreement.

Disclaimer

Invoices & Other Documents

ShieldERP disclaims any liability for your documents' legality, accuracy, or enforceability, or your employees from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your documents or your failure to comply with applicable laws.

Invoice Payments & Disputes

ShieldERP serves solely as a software platform permitting users to create and share invoices. We do not process payments directly.

Support Communication & Conduct

Our primary mode of communication for customer support is via in-app chat. We strive to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.

While we offer an email option at support@getsnipe.in, we recommend chat for faster and more structured resolution.

In some cases, if our support team determines that a phone call would help resolve the issue more effectively, a call may be scheduled at the sole discretion of the support agent or relevant team member. Users are kindly requested not to insist on calls unless explicitly offered as part of the support workflow.

We strive to treat all user concerns with urgency and professionalism. In return, we do not tolerate:

• Use of abusive, profane, or threatening language;
• Aggressive or hostile behavior;
• Harassment or discriminatory remarks;
• Repeated escalation without reasonable cause.

We reserve the right to restrict or revoke access to support channels—or to suspend support—if users engage in inappropriate behavior toward our support environment.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• Your use of the platform for generating or sharing documents;
• Any disputes or claims by third parties relating to your use of ShieldERP.
